Keep that cutting alive until those eggs hatch.
They usually hatch 5 days after they are laid. They'll turn color the day before.
Obtain some of that floral foam that absorbs water. Soak an appropriate size piece to support the weight of the cutting.
Stick the cutting into the ctr of the block; then very carefully place into an enclosed place, such as a bell jar.
Keep out of direct sun and drafty areas. As the larvae grow, replace MW as necessary. Clean by removing top of jar , moving cutting and dumping frass (cat poop). You can then place cutting(s) c larvae back in enclosure and replace bell.When cats reach their 5th instar, release onto outdoor plants. By then they should be safe from most waspy predators.

I've had very late instar cats succumb to wasps, so I recommend protection all the way through chrysalis formation and eclosion. Most likely they will need several replacements of the cuttings, so be sure you have access to plenty of food for them. Obviously the amount you need will be direct correlation to the number of eggs that hatch. The jar or whatever container you rear them in will need to be large enough for them to full extend their wings when they eclose.
