Raising Silk Moths in sleeves?

I'm curious if anyone here has raised silk moths in a netted sleeve on a tree? I'm assuming this is how they are commercially raised? I have been raising silk moths for a couple years now and with 3 species plus some butterflies I like to raise I was planning to try some new methods this summer that are lower care involved. My main question is how does one wrap netting around a tree limb/branch to enclose it well enough? Other then the obvious ways... I was planning on using mosquito netting but wondering if there are any better alternatives?

The commercial guys basically have tree farms with lots of small trees that they fully inclose in big sleeves.

My homemade sleeves are sort of a hybrid of what you will read about. I use the mesh from Bioquip. I use the parachute cord ladobe mentioned. All my sleeves are sown versus the silicon method. I've never tried silicon so I am not badmouthing that method.
