Woo hoo, congrats on the sighting! I've been watching here but not much activity in my immediate area.

Congrats, congrats! The Vanessas are always first, aren't they?

I've got two red admiral chrysalides, and two American ladies are in the "J" - hooray!

It's been raining here for days, and I've had to gather leaves for my caterpillars on the rare occasions it lets up. We're under a flood watch - yuk!

Absolutely, esp c my other host plants starting to peek and poke and come up from seed.

Went and found three more 4" Pussytoes (Antennaria dioica) today. I put them in the rockiest soil in the yard. They should like it there and attract more ALs:)
