My purple coneflower transplants are so slow to grow!

I have had them started in potting mix since April...

They just have a couple of leaves up that look healthy
And green, but they are just not growing on up;it is
Like they are stalled.

They were sprouted from seed, and have full to part dappled
Sun which is the same sun the tropical milkweed and Penta
Plants are in.The plants were well-started when purchased
And have grown very well, flowering well in the same sun
And potting mix as the coneflower.

Now it has been raining quite a bit here(raining right now)
Also very warm.

I read different accounts abt growing coneflower but all
Advice was not the same.

The orange cosmos emerged and is growing well, also
I had scattered wild JoePye and it is up growing extremely well.

The wild sunflowers are up very strong;my Lantana is starting
To bloom,old-style butterfly bush has the blue bloom spikes.

Also the Glads,water lilies,pickerel weed,water hyacinths...

So that is a lot...and not even all

Could it be the coneflower does not like it's potting mix(which
Is fertilized)?
