There are many insects and other "bugs" that will share the garden with us and our butterflies. Some of them are butterfly predators--like wasps and spiders and mantis and some flies. Some are predators, but go after aphids and other critters we consider pests. They are all important weights in the delicate balance of nature and all have a special role to play. There isn't any way we can prevent the predators from doing their thing, except by bringing in the eggs and small cats and hand raising them in a safe environment. Good luck!

Thank you! I was just getting nervous seeing the wasps, since its normal then I will just keep a look out for cats :)
