Happy 4th of July all. Here are a couple pictures that I was able to take this morning 7/3/09. I am growing parsley and I have many beautiful caterpillars, and chrysalis. This beautiful female Black Swallowtail hatched this morning.

My milkweed garden is very productive as well, this Queen hatched this morning too!

First time for me having queens.

Thank you everyone. The swallowtail shots came out crisp, considering there is something wrong with my camera. I still have more to hatch. I was lucky to have woke up to this, because I am at work much of the day. Hopefully a few look ready for this weekend, that would be convenient.

Sherry, what ever happened to the Zebra Swallowtails?
