| In looking at the Peterson Guide distribution maps and comparing the Queen to the Monarch, it looks like the Queen is resident (and breeding) in only the extreme south and merely straying elsewhere. So it must like the subtropical milkweed and vines, or whatever of those is growing in Texas and Florida. |
