Luring wild males to mate with captive females?

I have 22 chrysalides that should eclose within the next week. I'd love to get a wild male to mate with one or more of my females ( I think my odds of getting a few females are pretty good), but is there an ideal setup to make this more likely to happen? And if I'm successful, then refer to the question of mailing eggs. TIA

What species do you have? I would try to catch and hand pair the butterflies you can lean this on raisingbutterflies.org and you can learn how to put a female up on host plant to get her to lay eggs
