We moved here 13 years ago. We visited a BF sanctuary and saw Zebra Longwing BFs. I bought and planted 2 passionvines hoping to attract them. Today the vines are everywhere. This year we finally have loads of ZLW! We immediately had Gulf Frits and have them every year, but this beauty is special.

Congratulations! Isn't it fun when your dreams and plans are finally realized? I'm just now in the process of developing my property to attract more wildlife. The transition process is a big part of the fun, and will take quite a lot of time. But, it is encouraging to hear someone else's dream accomplished. Any pictures?
