under where it says choose your seed packets you'll see it say --Please select-- click on that, you will see a list that has multiple plants hopefully including false nettle. Hope this helped!

Stinging Nettles come earlier in the Spring and will support those early Red Admirals.
Swamp Milkweed is an excellent host for the Monarch.
Tulip Trees work well c Eastern Tigers.
Fennel is THE best host for BSTs. They are annual but they're worth replanting.
And, finally, Pussytoes (Antennaria spp) and Everlasting (Anaphalis) attract American Ladies.

My fennel is perennial, and it also reseeds a bit over zealously for my preference. It doesn't appreciate transplanting, though mine survived it. This year I don't know if I'll even get seeds, since my fennel hasn't flowered yet. It needs more sun, but I don't want to move it again. I guess I'll beg seeds off my sister.

Funny, mine's more of a reseeding annual or perennial, like Dill. The cats love it, though. My Fennel only came back once, in 2011/2012 during that really warm winter.
