OK, nobody wants to ID that one, it is the Mournful Sphinx - Enyo lugubris.

Oksy, Lsrry, give us some clues as to how you ID'd it. I couldn't seen any obvious indications of identity.

I don't see a fanned tail on Mournful Sphynx. I don't think that is correct.

Using the little eye-spots, straight median FW line, outer FW/HW irregular shapes, and the paler crescent on FW border, matched with Enyo lugubris on Moth Photographer's Group specimen plate 40a.

Google search of Enyo lugubris shows image that appears here on Bugguide replete with fanned tail.

The Jiml64 moth is worn (balding thorax), but the major ID points show up well. Mournful was my first impression--it just looks mournful!
