You lucky duck you! :( Great spangled frits are SO gorgeous, I'd love to have them here but don't.

Have you noticed that they have double "squiggles" on their forewings like buckeyes? Interesting how butterflies often share characteristics even though they're not closely related.

Thanks! They are real beauties and make a nice addition to my usual visiters (Monarchs, Eastern Yellow Swallowtails and Hummingbird Moths).
