Keep the pix coming :-)> Caterpillar season is all but over here in WI. I just released my last two BST cats onto my Fennel in the garden. There are plenty of Cabbage White cats on my Collards, which are just starting to catch fire. Collards like it hot and humid, and it's been a cool summer until recently.
Yesterday I saw a late Tiger Swallowtail and two Monarchs on some Zinnias in a neighbors' garden. What a sight!!
I still have a Monarch or two on my Tithonias when it's sunny.

I will, I will! You've still got those green caterpillars so its not done for you. Congratulations on the Cabbage white caterpillars! Awww lucky you with the swallow tail caterpillars. Have yet to get any swallow tails on my Fennel. :-\ I do see this 1 giant swallow tail often come in and drink from my Lantanas. How long will you have cabbage white caterpillars for? All year? Just curious. Kale's the Brassica grown out of normal growing months here I think. Aaah of course Zinnias. I keep hearing Zinnias for butterflies. Lol

1 of a few I've gotten of it. It's fast. Hardly there before it leaves.

Got some caterpillars! I'm happy. Counted 6. I looked under the ones that had some chewing done on them. Sorry about the focus. I don't know how to correct that. I wish I did. Placed my hand over the leaf to try it get it to focus more on the leaf. Without my hand/obstacle, it focuses on the background behind leaves. And it pisses me off so much that I'm having some other animal killing my Kales! Squirrels and/or a bird(s).
