Miller moths are in the noctuid family and your moth is in the geometrid family, quite a difference.

Hindering a precise ID is the worn appearance of the moth plus it is in a large genus of very similar-looking moths.

So the closest ID is a geometrid moth, their caterpillars are known as inchworms.
