I am always really impressed with what Google offers for free like Picasa. Similar programs you have to buy rarely release decent patches to fix known glitches, and you have to pay to get new features with the next version. With Picasa they are always adding new things. If you have problems there are pretty active official forums to read and post questions to. The program developers actually monitor the forums to try and fix problems, and get ideas for new features.

I'm glad people are finding out about it, and I'm sure you'll have lots of fun with it.
