Which kind(s) are you raising, and where are you located?

i live in ct. i am breeding painted lady. please help

Pained Lady Butterflies host on dozens of plants, but most often on Thistle and Mallows and Hollyhocks.Put the eggs in an airtight container, and then go collect a sprig or leaf of the host on which you found the eggs. You can then use a bit of Oasis wet floral block to keep the host hydrated. Transfer the eggs onto the host when they hatch by placing them next to the new, fresh host plant.
