Hi Berger, you need to know the botanical or scientific name of the plant to identify accurately. Black cherry is generally the common name for Prunus serotina. Don't know what species "sweet black cherry" is? Perhaps you can check your listing on Amazon or ask the seller.

Common names can be confusing, that's why I don't usually pay attention to a reference that doesn't include the scientific i.e. REAL name of the plant(s) they're talking about!
