 o
Zebra Longwing Virus?

This is my first year raising this type of butterfly. Every single one of them got to a certain size and started to leak green fluid. I know it's a virus, but the Frits are eating same vine and no problems. Has anyone else seen this? Also when they got bigger, their spines stung me everytime I reached in to change leaves.

It is not uncommon for some people to have a mild reaction to GF and ZLW cats. They are mildly venomous, but most people are not sensitive to the toxin.

I must be sensitive to the toxin. Thank you for your help.
