Are these pests on my butterfly weed? What are they?

The first and the last pictures look like aphids that have been parasitized by a tiny wasp. When the wasp parasitizes them, they get hard and brown looking like your photos. I can't tell what's happening on the second photo.

Thanks! Good to know those are aphids parasitized by wasps. To me they looked like tiny snails!
I hope someone can ID the other stuff..

The first and third photo have the tiny legs and look exactly like parasitized aphids.

The second photo might be tiny snails. Not sure. I can't see them very clearly.

I use a product called Sluggo. Not harmful to pets, just to snails.

I haven't used this company that I posted. I buy Sluggo at my local Sears Hardware.

Another option is to just pick off the snails and drop them into soapy water.
