This morning, I opened up a Cecropia Moth Cocoon, to remove it's Pupa. This was done on my dining room table. Later on, I will put this Pupa, inside my terrarium, and wait for it to eclose. After I opened up the Cocoon, I studied the inside and outside of the Cocoon, and the Pupa, with my magnifying glass.....This is a photo of a Cecropia Moth Cocoon, that I just opened up, to remove it's Pupa. If you look to the left, and up some, from the Pupa, you will see the discarded skin from the Caterpillars last molt.......
