Worried...just found 12 baby monarch cats

I guess I had a few late migrators come through. I was cleaning in my kitchen this morning and found a baby monarch cat on the window screen. I ran out to my tropical milkweed plants and they're covered in baby cats. I counted at least 12 and they range from 1-3 instars. The weather has been fairly warm over the last few days (68) but I'm not sure it's going to hold up in time for these guys to finish eating, eclose and then make it down to Mexico.

Is this common in north Texas? I would understand if I was in Houston, but even some of my plants have started turning yellow from a few nights in the mid-30's. Is there any hope for these poor babies? Or anything I can do to help them?
