Am starting for pipevine plant seeds.

I have been searching for the plant that will attract the pipevine butterflies, not the polydamas. I have the one that attracts polydamas (calico flower dutchman pipevine plants is what I have.) I am looking for another one that will attract the specific PIPEVINE butterflies that are gorgeous BLUE. Does anyone have seeds or even a plant? Local nurseries where I live do not sell any other dutchman's pipevine only the one with calico flowers. It's been frustrating.

You could try georgia vines for seeds, niche gardens, almost eden, or nearly native nursery for plants. You might use the Latin name aristolochia when you search.

pipevine from seeds is very slow. Could you order from a nursery here in California.

I have seeds of the Aristolochia fimbriata if you would like to send me a SASBE...I'm happy to share! They were the favorite over A. tormentosa in my my BF garden & are hardy to Zone 7. I currently have all my pipevines in pots since we moved & are leasing a home in Ft Worth. They are a great understory ground cover plants & have a carrot type root ...the PVSTs love them!
