HAVE: Jades of several kinds

Posted by prayerrock zone 5 (My Page) on

I am offering a box of 4-5 differant varieties of Jade plants. All these Jades are rooted well established plants with good size to them. Most are 6-8 inched tall with good branching. The 'wavey' is smaller but still nice plant.

They are...

Jade "blue bird"
Jade "wavey"
Jade "Hobbit"
Jade "Hummels sunset"

and possibly "gollum"

I would like a trade of equal value, these will take a large box to ship so I would like a trade of a large box of plants as well. I do not want any cacti or succulents.
Make me an offer and send it in email please. Please dont be offended if I decline your offer, I want plants I know will grow in my zone 6 or will be easy to care for in the house.

Maybe it'd help to tell which plants you DO want, since no one has answered in a month.

(I don't think those first two Jade names are legit, have never seen 'em before. You'll get better quality swaps if you call them by their correct names Crassula .... Crassula mavens won't go w/ the kinds of names you're offering, just so you know.)

You seem to be gone from Discussions. Tho' our swap was the strangest w/ which I've ever been involved, the Hoya chouke you swapped me is doing very well. I have some in water & some in mix. Hope the Ceropegia woodii I swapped you are doing well for you.

PS: most folks aren't going to do as big a swap as you are wanting. Maybe offer 2 plants in each, not all 6.

(Also, at least a couple of folks know of you & are leary of trading w/ you. I was actually warned to be careful of swapping w/ you, that I'd likely get burned.)

I have already traded those Jades off long ago...just because it was not posted doesnt mean there was not a trade..LOL

As for the names, well maybe you should talk to some one that actually knows abot Jades that can confirm these are very much real names..you think you know so much more then you do.

As for being warned about me..well considering that I have done many great trades with people on the succulent forum I find that hard to believe, but your motive is obvious. Though i dont know why you have chosen now to shine you light on this subject..LOL

I have a lady right now that is wanting Jades from me that is going to give me some very nice hoyas..I didnt ask her she contacted me so I must be doing somthing right:)

Have a great day PG.

RE: HAVE: Further to -- Jades of several kinds

So tell me, what IS my motive here? Gee, whatever it is, it's news to me. Glad you got your Jades traded, I was just trying to help that along. No other motive whatsoever. Again you show your strangeness. OK, next time I'll just keep quiet.

Does having been personally acquainted w/ The Great Wall of Jades Where Kitties Lurk (San Diego) meet your 'Jade' credentials?

I only just saw your post now, that's why I answered. So could you at least say how the Ceropegia are doing?

Don't wish me a great day when you don't mean it, or it that sarcasm? Either way, mightly unG_dly of you.
