I have seed from a quite cold and moisture tolerant Agave striata var fallacy. It was obtained from Yuccadoo and it pumps off of its stem so after it blooms it DOES NOT DIE. I had 4 blooms on it this year. It has survived 14F with some wettish feet. The soil does have good drainage. Postage is good . or seed from another COLD hardy succulent.
