Well it might depend how big they are just as much as how old they are. Really transplanting them is not going to hurt them if you have the right soil and pot. How big are they?

They are about 5 - 6 mm tall and they are about 3 weeks old

Oh sure you could repot those if you want. You'll need to sift some dirt or use some sand to stabilize them. Sand works better but it can stay wet for to long so they might not all make it. Look great so far though.

I would leave them where they are for a while yet. Bright indirect light is best, if they turn red, lessen the light. Do not allow to go dry for extended periods.

I should have mentioned- the sand isn't for them to grow in. It's to stabilize them. In other words you plant them and they're all wobbly so you use a pinch of sand to keep them planted.

I agree with Cooper DR....but be sure to use the grittiest/sharpest sand you can, or better still a fine grade grit itself even if you fiddle about and lay it in a single layer. That fine stuff would stabilise them but 'could' still have the potential to stay wet around the youngsters soft skinned stems and rot them.
