Aloe pups

I've had other Aloes give me pups before, but the are generally clustered near the base of the mama plant. This one took me by surprise. It was a tiny thing poking up beside the rock to the left. I was weeding, so I moved the rock and realized it was a pup! Maybe this is not unusual, but it was new for me.

I still don't know exactly which hybrid this is and haven't had any flowers yet. My neighbor from Germany calls it a Sweet Aloe. We discussed it before . . .
