Identify this plant?

Deir

Hi all,
This is my first post on this forum. Please excuse/repost/move etc if it needs to go somewhere else.

I purchased this plant a year ago at the store where I get my orchids. They sell various plants, mainly succulents, tillandsia{{gwi:807}}, and orchids though. The owner wasn't there when I purchased this one and wasn't able to identify it. She said "some sort of succulent. The leaves are kind of plumped up and fleshy". I loved it, and the flowers that were on it, so I grabbed it. We went through tons of plants and my inlaws who used to deal in succulents though maybe it was some sort of odd gasteria. I'm not so sure anymore.

It's not doing well anymore and I need to figure out what it is to make it thrive.

Any help{{gwi:807}}? The flowers were on a long very thin bright green stalk and they were minuscule.
