The guy wanted to make room for more propagation and getting rid of the bigger stuff. His prices were very reasonable. No where as expensive as I was imagining when I saw his collection.

Those Leuchtenbergia principis are just awesome...they are going to be amazing in one of thum thar pots of yours, K.

I would say late Christmas!! Wow, you got some lovely specimens and I guess you show option increased as well..you must be pleased, I would be grinning for a month or 2. Over the last little while I have become very interested in Ariocarpus, I think they are a stunning genus.

Amazing acquisitions, Keith. It's funny Rian should say that, being my mesemb counterpart, but I have also recently become much more interested in Ariocarpus. I love that Pelecyphora too. Mr Brack has a number of those grown from pups, says they're ridiculously slow from seed.

Those are some nice finds - I'm sure they'll be put into a container befitting their principis.

The last plant is Pelecyphora asseliformis I think. Care's the same as the others.
