In Massachusetts, my new state, I would say 4 months from now, mid May.

I have no intention of beheading this again in the near future, but when I did the original job, of course I avoided the latex, after being bitten in the past.

Those clumping Echinopsis-like ones are makers of latex flow, but you can't beat a 40lb. of E. ingens limb from falling on your head, except you did, of course.

Here they are now, finally beginning to grow, and turning a nice shade of purple as well...
