Here in the UK we can get green or black plastic greenhouse trays that are about 2x15x36inch and I use these in my g/h, but it wasn't much good me telling you that earlier in your search as you are over the pond!

Very nice collection. Your plants look very compact - that large window must be helping a lot.
I have seen those trays 'from England' on line (just thought bit expensive...). They look really sturdy.

Gill - Thanks, had to go with that solution and am pretty happy with it for now.

Rina - That window is where I moved them to and North facing so zero direct sun. All lighting is from one Quantum 8 bulb t5 6500k fixture per table.
