Help For Fungas Or Something Else!

Hi. Can anyone tell me what's on the leaves of this succulent? I think they started off as little blisters. Haven't touched them as I didn't want to spread anything. It's about on 1/4 of the plant. Also, please let me know what to do. Thanks!

Looks like sunburn to me.

I don't think it is. We have not had hot days this winter. I've attached another picture. As you can see, it starts off with a small dot, then gets larger. I've noticed there are many more than I previously noticed. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks

Rear gowing plant area looks to be okay has me wondering if there was a short time cold snap in your area ? A cold or to short time frost conditions can often be tolerated by Crassulas.
