| Christopher - I fantasize about leaving NE behind, too...especially on days like this. Think about how much time, effort, and $$$ we apply to fighting the elements up here. These extreme weather events (hurricanes in the warm weather...blizzards now) really take their toll. Tom |

| Yea, come down to Texas where all we have is brush fires, water rationing, and tornados.The winters are mild. That's for sure. |
