How large does E. 'Neon Breakers' get?

I have 2 Echeveria 'Neon Breakers'. The smaller one (4 inch pot) was a pup in the pot with the bigger plant (6 inch pot) when I purchased it. Both bloomed impressively this past summer.

Now I have 6 good sized pups on the larger and 4 on the smaller one. We are in the low 80s again with plenty of sunshine, so I think this is a good time to repot and separate. Does the pot size help determine how large the plant will get? Will they get overcrowded with several in one large shallow pot?

Thanks for the advice. Either way, I'm gonna need some more pots!

Wow! I bought one recently and the lowest leaves are shriveling up. The soil is Gritty Mix and it gets bright? light from a NW window. I love this plant. Yours are all amazing! Maybe they like the heat? Southern sun? Direct sun?

They sold them at my Wal-Marts for something like $3 ea. I bought one and now wished I purchased all 10.
