Aside from the lack of any sun at all, air circulation in an indoor office setting isn't ideal for many succulents for year round growing basis.

Succulents need light, full sun. I live in IL, and my house has many windows plus artificial light, yet, my succulents don't do as well as they do summering outdoors in direct sun.

Just my opinion...perhaps someone who has plants at their workplace can offer better advice. Toni

You can do a rotation of them, I guess, with plants in the office no longer than a week, assuming temps are mild enough, then rotate them back home to health, air circulation and light.

Other than Jeff's suggestion, I really would not recommend it. But I know I just can't stomach an unhappy plant and my being the cause of its unhappiness.

Jeff nailed it, rotating your plants on a weekly basis is the trix, I frequent a restaurant that has cacti & succulents indoors with no windows at all and I used to wonder, I do they keep them looking so nice, well one day as I was visiting a cacti & succulent nursery they showed me some plants that they said they rotate those at that Restaurant, I thought, thats how they do it!

You might try weekly or biweekly because this can be done.
