| I have a madagascar palm for over 5 - 6 years. It seems to be happy (a bit etiolated?) but I see roots coming out of the hole at the bottom. Is it time to repot? Thank you for all advice.. |

| OMG your palm is amazing!! I just repotted 4 of mine for the same root reasons..so far, so good. I do give them a bit of filtered light as our sun has become much too strong mid-day and late afternoon. |

| Kathi - I wear gloves but as a rule i try to avoid handling that :-) plumygirl: thank you..so I will repot it in spring keeping in mind that my poor car looked like this today evening LOL |
