Has anyone here grown Hesperaloe parviflora 'Brakelights'?

The idea of a brighter color, more compact size, and longer blooming 'red yucca' intrigues me. If you've grown it, or seen it growing, I'd like to hear your impressions.

It's beautiful, yes. Prettier than the species. Mine died. I didn't give it enough time to establish before I cut the water off.

Thank you hoveb. If I find them for sale and plant I'll be sure to see that it's well established before letting it fend for itself as the original does. Thanks for the tip.

It definitely is more showy than the species. The bright red really stands out against the greys/blues in my garden.
