I think yours looks more like H. retusa v. longibracteata.

(Side note) The leaves on yours are longer & with more noticeable cilia, but they reclassified from magnifica to H. pygmaea v. acuminata.

The reason I question this, Rosemarie, is because it was in a pot of H. retusa acuminata variegata and I thought it was the same just reverting back to its normal growth.

In the "old days" that name was used (apparently still?) for Haworthia 'Grey Ghost'. My book has that it is a variegated form of H. retusa. So, if it is reverted from that, the name would be H. retusa. It was discussed many times (on forums) whether 'Grey Ghost' was from turgida or acuminata. And, since names are reclassified more than we like, I'd stick with retusa or form of. Your leaves look longer than what I recall on my 'Grey Ghost' or reversions, but then, mine were in the SOS program (more compact).

Originally, I bought this at one of the big box stores so having said that one must understand the label could be wrong. It was in a 4" pot with about have solid and half variegated. As the plant became too big for its container, naturally I transplanted it and divided one from the other. So now I have several pots of each. This is the variegated side, obviously.

I had the same...mine grew, crowded, reverted...mostly dead now (neglected badly). H. 'Grey Ghost' it is. (and reversion of same).
