ID? some sort of stapeliad type relation

Posted on a different forum. Quite a lovely flower. Looks to be in that whole Huernia/ Orbea group.

    Paul,
    It's Caralluma indica (syn. Frerea indica) from India. The yellow spots serve as a road map for busy flies.

    I am hook line and sinker into Asclepiads. I think I own one of every kind I have seen out there.
    I have seen these on ebay from a over seas vender. Notice the oriental type symbols and that they do have leaves alone those stems. This type shows it off the most. Can't recall a name so it may be right and the Caralluma family show some very showy beautiful multi-flowered heads similar to Hoya.
    So Paul, are you getting into these?
