| I have an echeveria plus 2-3 of its offsets that are blooming (indoors, I don't have any outside space). It's the only thing I've got with flowers on it right now, but just for fun I'd like try to pollinate it and get it to set seed. I understand the general idea but after looking around here and elsewhere online I'm a little sketchy on the details. Will it be all right to self-pollinate or pollinate between the mother plant and the offsets? How do I know when it's time to pollinate, or when the seed is ready? At that point, what do I do to get the seed ready to plant? Thanks! |

| Great question J. And great reply Rian. Thanks. I have several Dick Wright Echeveria as well as a number of others and have always wanted to "play" around but wasn't sure how to do it; well, I know enough in principle. Rather than Robert receiving several inquiries, maybe some of his comments could be directed to this thread.... maybe????? Howard |
