Hi -

A little blurry but I am going to guess Echinocactus grusonii (golden barrel).

I think it's a young Parodia or Notocactus schumanniana (or claviceps). Oh how I love the way Cacti have so many akas.

I have an older one and that's what the tag says. They have really nice flowers.
