agave attenuata--is this frost damage?

sailor11

Many of the leaves on my century agave plants have distinct yellow spots as well as long yellow and brown streaks and other leaf damage. Some of the leaves on one plant have what look like rust spots. Both the mother and pups are affected. Could this be due to the very unusual frost and snow we had a week ago, or is there a fungus or pest that could be causing the damage? Is there anything I should do? I had been planning to remove one of the mothers and several of the pups and plant them in a more suitable location. Can I still do this or should I wait until next year?
