That looks like Kalanchoe daigremontiana - mother of 1000 weeds. :)

Thanks Ryan. Don't you usually see the pups along the leaf edges or that happens with time?

I'm sorry Howard. I didn't look closely enough. That is the variety that I thought was called K. daigremontana var tubiflora but after another look, I think it's called Kalanchoe delagoensis. The babies only develop at the leaf tips.

It looks like a snail had a fine meal in that pot.

Could be about the snail as this is grown outside. Thanks again
