I believe it is a desirable plant. I think it is Kalanchoe bracteata, Silver Teaspoons (might be the common name). The flowers are a bit different than most Kalanchoe.

Good grief! It does look a little scary! Let me try out my growing vocabulary. Would these evil life sucking fangs properly be called leaf extenstions?

The main plant is the 'Fang' but I was never sure if the silver teaspoon plant was a weed that needed to be removed or a true succulent.
