Less water - in fact, take all the pieces out of that mix and set aside for two days while that soil dries out (it's not porous enough). If you have some perlite or the like, cut your soil with half soil/half perlite. Put the leaves on the reconstituted soil, the stem slightly into the soil, and wait a day or two. DO NOT WATER, mist them only every day. When you see growth, likely in the next month, you can start watering. These plants grow best in lots of sun and air movement, along with warmth. I think you've been watering it too much, but your plants are still salvageable.
