Sedums are really tolerant, and hens and chicks/sempervivum can take some partial shade.
You could even add a cactus too, like a hardy opuntia as well. The agave though, would need protection in the winter. True, some of them are very hardy, but I still have more success when I protect them in the winter.

It's as Chris says, the cold-hardy Sedums would do well for you, as well as Opuntia humifusa, O. fragils and O. polyacantha, for three.
