Hi

I often browse this forum when I have unanswered plant questions, and I generally find the answer without the need to ask, but not today!

I have been bought these two grafted cacti from Ikea, and after many hours searching for its identity, I seem to have hit a dead end! The most annoying thing is, I am sure I used to have one of these, and I knew what it was then (in the 90s?).

If you can help identify this species, I will be eternally grateful! I thought maybe, Epithelantha micromeris, but it's too dark and multi headed (I think?), then I looked at hundreds of pictures of other cacti, and am now just confused!

Why can't Ikea just put a name on things?.....
