That doesn't look like 'Tricolor' to me, there is no variegation. It doesn't look like the green C. ovata obliqua I have. MY obliqua is a dull green, not shiny like your plant...It grows more slowly than C. ovata from my experience.

Ah - While most of the plants were 'Tricolor', there were some that were just green. I thought these had just reverted to a non-variegated form and potted them up separately. The leaves on my plant seems to be more pointy than yours. Well - nurseries aren't always right! This is from Altman Plants, who usually do a pretty good job in labeling the plants.

The new growth does seem to be shiny. This is a picture of when I first got them. I remember thinking it had dull leaves.
