Excellent shot of your Huernia, Rian! Love to see the fuzzy Cotyledon blooming, and I'm a sucker for variegated plants! Thanks!

I actually started my first ever blog for fun and decided I will add plants as they flower or something along those lines. You guys are welcome to check it out...

What interesting plants you have. I couldn't help but notice that the color variation on the Huernia zebrina's blossom looked so much like what I see on some orchid blossoms. Totally different plants, yet it tweaked my imagination. I like the color and leaf formation of that plant too. I'm a sucker for fuzzy wuzzy plants as well. Great photos today! Penny

Rian, Is that the blog where we see video of you break-dancing amongst the Conophytum (without harming a single head)? Oh, goodie! As as for the H.z., wow, I could almost stare into the well of milkweedom forever. Do I hear five, five, five.....

Penny, yep fuzzy wuzzees are some of my fav's too. Jeff, sorry - I cannot think what you mean - me? nhoooo! LOL! As for H.z. pretty pleased because it is a 14month seedling - did not think I would see flowers so soon.
