Nah, they should live. Just pretty dehydrated because the soil they use does not hold any water whatsoever. Repot in an airy mix and provide water and they should plump up. Fast growers.

It could be the opposite, actually, overwatered and not enough light...

Yes the plant certainly has hope, but you have to know how to help it. Too much to write in a post - your Fenestraria needs a new pot, new soil, fresh air, good light - and keep in mind this is NOT a houseplant. Begin by reading this so you can understand what you're dealing with.

Baby toes has always been a pretty easy grower for me so I could be biased. It will take time for it to recover but it should with time.

Sundewd, do you keep your succulents indoor? I've always heard that baby toes are hard to grow as well, especially without outdoor conditions and lots of sun. How do you keep yours alive indoor?
