| Because you all were so awesome at ID'ing my plants the last time! I got this from a friend the other day, really not sure what it is, but it looked like it had dried gymnocalycium buds in the pot, despite my friend saying it had never bloomed for him, so who knows if their this plants buds or not. He picked it up at a Home Depot, so it's probably a Costa Farms cacti, if that helps any too. Thanks in advance! |

| Gymnocalycium friedrichii. I've also seen it listed as gymnocalycium mihanovichii var friedrichii. Some have more prominent marking than others. |

| Bikerdoc, thanks so much! Really? I looked through pictures trying to ID it and the spines really threw me off. They're so much longer than even the one's in your pics. Thats variation for you though I guess! |
